The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (depending on volume of orders)
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International Delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days but can take longer from time to time.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
