We operate a strict non-cancellable policy on our platform once an order has been put through. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need invoice or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return label.
* Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will only refund for damaged or wrong goods once your return is received and inspected. Under exceptional circumstance, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase (credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement).
* Final Sale Policy: Sale merchandise (All discounted items), face masks, underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, hair accessories are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanged due to limited inventory. The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to place a new order with us.

This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
*Size disclaimer: we do not accept returns or exchanges solely based on size-related issues. We provide a size chart for all our products to assist customers in choosing the correct size before making a purchase. It is crucial for customers to refer to the size chart and ensure they select the appropriate size.
All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.
If the above conditions are met, please visit our refund request form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are accepted for store credit only.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. TeenyMiniMe is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors, and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
